Went to the eye center today to get a pair of glasses. The process was so simple, fast and efficient. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and had little to no waiting time before they were able to help me. I didn't have my prescription on paper and they were able to get it faxed to them. A shoutout to Talia and her exceptional costumer service skills.
Doli -The optical technician was amazing! There were plenty of frames to choose from with a wide range of styles, brands, & pricepoints, she was patient & empathetic working within my insurance parameters, and I received my glasses very quickly. It was a great experience and about a third of price compared to the optical shop at my optometrist office.

Dr. Bao Che was thorough, kind, and explained everything to me. I felt very well cared for. His staff are great too!
Glasses broke within first 60 days. Took them back and they "repaired" them but I can already see that where they repaired them it's loose and likely to break. These were not cheap frames. Also, I don't see as well with these and it's the same prescription as my old glasses (my eyes didn't change). What a waste of $300 plus. Start to finish the customer service was not great. I'll never go back there.
