Dr Cook & the staff have been very knowledgeable and professional. every time I go in for my appointments my experience have been pleasant and on time. Both my mom and I go here and also the Gainesville location. I would highly recommend them
Don't go to this place. The doctor and the whole staff is not for you. They're all for the money. Everything is rush, the doctor don't take his time to inform you about your eye health, he don't care about you. Myself and family experience this first hand. I took both my sons who have a history of eye issues, when I ask him about the condition of their eyes he gonna say they are fine. This is a word of advice for those who is going to get a glasses from Walmart Vision Center (the centres that share the same physician are winder, bufford, commerce and gainseville). I did not have insurance to cover my exam and glasses so it is more relatable for such people. I appreciate that physician did really check every aspect of your eyes so the condition that you might have is correct as it should be, no doubt. Service was unbelievably amazing! Big props to the manager Optician Yelena, she helped me pick out my amazing Ray Ban frames and the perfect lenses! My insurance worked and everything was affordable, I highly recommend Walmart Optical to everyone who is hesitant about getting their eye exam and picking out their glasses! The eye exam was on point with their doctor, he figured out my vision pretty quick and I couldn't believe how bad my vision was until I put on my glasses, total shock at first everything was 4k 20/20 and now... read more
