The doctor is good. The service is what got the 1 star. Had a appointment and had to wait a extra 30 min for nothing. Said I needed medical insurance and after I couldn't get it they said don't worry about it. Thanks for wasting my time I'm not happy
Dr. Parvin is an excellent doctor and we enjoyed our visit! Definitely recommend the doctor inside of the vision center!
We arrived an hour before closing to pick out frames for my daughter who I already had lens rx for. The staff was very friendly. Didn’t seem disturbed by having us there so close to closing time. We looked at a wide variety of frames and she found the perfect pair. So affordable. Total for frames and labor was 65 bucks! Thanks wm vision.
I would give Dr. Box a 5 star rating. He is an very informative & thorough-optometrist. But purchasing my eyewear from Walmart was an expensive mistake. I bought the top of the line lenses that claim to have great peripheral vision. When I got my glasses I had horrible peripheral vision so bad it would be better without the glasses. I was told they could remake the lenses & an associate suggested maybe it was the size of my frames and that I should pick out a larger frame.
