I was there three weeks ago and I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Austin and how he answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my decision that I chose the BEST Optometrist EVER!!! The staff was amazing!! Shout out the Vision Center Manager, Rosie!! Talk about patience and kindness and really knowing how to make a person feel great about themselves when choosing eyewear!!! Great place to go and far as we Know Cheapest Place In Town
In went to Dr. Austin about 2 years ago and he was dismissive. I had been in the past with no problem. It seems when he discovered I used another optometrist, he became negligent. He didn't check the fit of my contacts and he didn't examine my eye for disease as he had done in the past. He just handed me the contacts and didn't see if I could read with them at all. I tried to let it go, but am very disturbed. I also never received a card for a follow up visit as is customary. That was my clue he didn't want my business.
