Excellent Dr and staff could not have ask for services any better
Very knowledgeable in easy to work with
They redirect your call to other departments over and over. I was transferred back to the vision center by 4 different departments and every time, after 5 minutes, some other department picked up. No way to make appointment
I was there three weeks ago and I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Austin and how he answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my decision that I chose the BEST Optometrist EVER!!! The staff was amazing!! Shout out the Vision Center Manager, Rosie!! Talk about patience and kindness and really knowing how to make a person feel great about themselves when choosing eyewear!!!
