Wow, what an experience. Walmart says in commercials to stop by their optical department for a frame adjustment. So I walked into WM Optical, asked for an adjustment in the right arm of my glasses, just a little bend at the end. The optician explained this adjustment would be done at my risk. Heck, it's just a back of the arm adjustment, something Ive had done a dozen times to multiple frames in fifty years with no injury, so I replied that I understood the risk. El servicio de Brenda y Amanda realmente decepcionante. La optómetra ni siquiera nos dejó explicar qué queríamos. Apenas nos vió dijo que no. Nos sentimos discriminados. Malísima atención. Primero fuimos a la sede de la 1800 ne y nos dijo que fueramos a su sede en la 23th. Fuimos para nada. Trato humillante. Muy malas profesionales. I went by the eye center at 2:30 on a Wednesday. Their area was roped off and the employee finally came over as I was looking for a closed sign. She said they were closing and would reopen at 4:00pm. Hour and a half lunch? I looked on their website again to see if I missed something posted about their hours. It says nothing about them closing at any time during the day. I guess I'm going somewhere else to get my glasses and sunglasses. Very disappointed.
Walmart visions center, located in Gainesville, Florida on 441. The service is very slow the employee was rude. I walked in to pick up glasses. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged.and then the employee that was sitting at the table with another customer she yelled across the room. I'll be with you in a minute. The service was not good.
Wow !! Went too buy glasses today , and had the amazing pleasure of a super amazing young lady named Brenda taking care of me . Very sweet Very knowledgeable . Just a down right super person . I’m so glad that I chose WALMART at this location . Bought glasses from This location for years now .Brenda !! Your the best
