Walmart visions center, located in Gainesville, Florida on 441. The service is very slow the employee was rude. I walked in to pick up glasses. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged.and then the employee that was sitting at the table with another customer she yelled across the room. I'll be with you in a minute. The service was not good.
Wow !! Went too buy glasses today , and had the amazing pleasure of a super amazing young lady named Brenda taking care of me . Very sweet Very knowledgeable . Just a down right super person . I’m so glad that I chose WALMART at this location . Bought glasses from This location for years now .Brenda !! Your the best
I didn't expect much of a service in Walmart. However, what I found was caring people, attentive and patient. They took the time to explain everything about how to choose the right frame for me. I'm so pleasantly surprised.

Lauren and Brenda were wonderful! My 7 year old son Oliver needed new glasses. Lauren helped us choose a pair that were very handsome. She was so kind to Oliver. The order was placed and arrived very quickly. When we went to pick them up Brenda got them perfectly adjusted for him. He is very comfortable with his new glasses. Thank you ladies.
