Hello, I have used this WAL-MART location since for almost 20 years, since it was built. I never really paid attention to the optometry section of the store until a few weeks ago. I noticed that my vision has been fading over the last 5 years , so I walked in and set an appointment. The following week, I met with Dr. Cuc Le the Optometrist and she evaluated me for glasses. I ordered glasses June 25 or 26- here we are July 10 and I never got confirmation, they said I would get a text and nothing. Today I called inquiring and they said “ oh yea glasses are here we just forgot to update the system that’s why u never heard from us “ so if I had not called they would have a pair of glasses sitting there for weeks? Months ? Even years ? lol
Me and my family all go here and have had great experiences every time. Doctor Lee is incredibly thorough and really helpful and knows her stuff. She always gives us a detailed explanation on what is going on with our eyes and eye health which helps me understand what exactly is happening and what I should do next. The rest of the staff there is also very friendly.
Had an amazing visit. Carlos was so sweet and patient.
