Annually I go for an eye exam and each time was AMAZING the opticians there were so attentive and helpful! I got my glasses and they are perfect! Thanks guys 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Two things went wrong with the prescription of my new pair of glasses. At first the line of progressive was cut too high, secondly I could not drive with the glasses. I could not see distance. I could read and walk only with the glasses but not able to drive. I could not see the name of the street ahead of me. It is a big risk for accidents. So I had used my insurance. Purchased two pair. Then I went back 3 months later because someone broke into my car and stole my book bag with my progressive lenses inside. I spoke to someone named Andrea and she spoke of a discount. When I got there she was gone and Monica helped me but then some other lady Linda came in and took the discount away and said that I wasn’t the person she spoke to. Front office is Terrible. Order my contact two weeks ago and one pair never came it. I called to check on them everyday. Only to find out they had never been order and “there was no tracking number” . I was told many times I’d be called and texted when they were ready. The text to let me know never came. Highly disappointed with this vision center. I’ve been going all week unable to see. The dr is great but this is unacceptable. Need to do better and I’m finding a new vision center
