Poor fitting of glasses, low customer service to assist, sometimes shut their system down before their posted hours end so they can’t help with anything they need access to your account for. Great selection of glasses.
Janet at the Scarsborough Walmart Vision Center is the absolute GOAT! I was visiting from Vermont and accidentally sat in my glasses. Not only did she try to locate my frames over the phone but she also attempted to repair my glasses. While she was unable to do so (and the frame I had was no longer in production) we were able to locate a new frame that fit my lenses perfectly. She exchanged them right there and I left within 10 minutes. She was extremely kind and helpful! Give that woman a raise.

I had a great experience and will definitely recommend this to my friends Eric was very friendly and helpful and I was happy when he told me a little over a week for them to come in but to my happy surprise I got the text my glasses were in after only a couple of days!
