I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Matt. From the beginning of our interaction, he avoided eye contact and remained focused on his iPad, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. I clearly explained that my glasses had broken, I had contact lenses arriving soon, and I only needed the least expensive pair of glasses to get me through a day or two. Shout out to Mathew and his knowledge on glasses and professionalism. He answered all my questions without being pushy. 5 stars all the way.
I'm from out of town and was very appreciative when the technician replaced a lost screw on my prescription glasses( which was causing my lens to fall out.) She quickly replaced the screw at no charge & was super pleasant. Thank you again for the excellent service!
