Great place to get glasses
The initial experience was good but I picked up my glasses today and the prescription in my right eye is wrong. They told me to wear them for a week and if I still feel like they're wrong they will replace the prescription but I've had glasses since I was 10 years old and I can tell the right lens isn't strong enough. Driving down rutherford I couldn't read any signs or license plates with my right eye. The woman who answers the phones is always rude when I call. Terrible service! I was asking if my insurance was covered but she kept looking it up under the wrong insurance even when I told her it was the wrong one. I asked her if she could look it up under anything else and she refused. I went to another Walmart and they found my insurance and I ordered with them.
Employees are always helpful, kind and quick. Never any problems.
