5+ year customer until I tried to reschedule an appointment, it was too late, had to cancel. At my new appointment my doctor was 25 minutes late. I saw him sitting in the backroom, alone. There was a tense vibe. He could see me. I believe he felt scorned by my 1st cancellation. Employees told me I could wait longer or if I left it would be my final cancellation 2/2. I left.
As a customer of 5 + years I felt a culture shift. I’m hurt, because I’ve been here since elementary school and I’m in college now. They have a poor cancellation policy- but I take responsibility for trying to reschedule 10 minutes before appt time, once. I want you to know that if you try a reschedule, they might count it as a cancellation. They said this is cancel 1/2. 2 cancels = you’re now walk in only. Petty Reschedule “Karma” Drama by served by DR I’ve gone to this optometrist for over 10 years. I rescheduled last minute, I’m sorry. The next appointment, DR had me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes out of my 30 min appointment, I’m SHOCKED. He wasn’t with a patient. I saw him, he was checking images, ignoring me! They said if I left I’d receive warning 2/2 for rescheduling, and had to be set to “walk-in only.” I left. I’m disappointed and I hope the optometry staff do better. Before, they never did me wrong. ):
Purchased my new glasses Rx at this location. I am very knowledgeable and experienced in the optical trade. Above average customer service. Definitely going to this location again.
I had the most horrible experience at this walmart.....twice! They are VERY prejudice and judgemental. I went into this walmart a few weeks ago to waste some time and maybe buy a few things i needed so i was taking my time shopping and looking around ( I like to take my time and enjoy my shopping I don't get to do it a lot and I don't like to waste money on things I don't need) so I ended up buying a couple things and my way out of the door I get stopped by two security ladies at the front door and one of the ladies proceeds... read more
