I was barely referred to them by United healthcare and was put on hold three times for 12 minutes a piece and kept hanging up to call back and the girls won’t even hear you out. They just automatically tell you hold as they’re laughing on the other end poor poor customer service here all I wanted to do was schedule an appointment. I do not recommend this optical at Walmart to anybody not a good first time experience at all.
Pésimo servicio en la atención de clientes te gritan y hablan mal solo por que no sabes inglés a la perfección su actitud cambia cuando vas acompañado de un americano o una persona blanca.
Jonathan me trató mal porq lleve a arreglar unos lentes porq se me callo un tornillo de los lentes y tenían aseguranza todavía
I went in today with my glasses that I have been purchasing with them here at this location. From the beginning they have always been so attentive and supportive to all issues. I appreciate this location and their employees! Thank you Victoria and Jonathan.
I saw a lot of negative reviews and I don't understand why. I love this office! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The prices are great and the doctor is awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful
