Overall great customer service when getting new glasses, but very rude when it comes to getting help with screw replacements or nose pads. Like it's not my fault they came loose literally a few days after getting them. Lady here with glasses was kinda harassing me asking how do I not know how it came apart and kept asking what did YOU do. John was awesome great service
Mom needs new glasses. We hoped to get it vía Medicare. Called her nearest Walmart and got John Saldivar. To say this man understands customer service and making what I figured would be a hellish insurance filled nightmare into a life affirming and overall positive experience is a sad understatement. He will excel in any situation if my first experience is any indication. More like this please!
