Apparently you can only pick out glasses and order lenses Monday through Friday. We went today (Sunday, July 14th at opening time) and the vision center employee said, “If you are here to buy glasses you gotta comeback. We only do that Monday through Friday”. My question is why isn’t this in the listing and why have we bought glasses on the weekend before! Did this employee lie or is this new?
I called for assistance and the girl was very rude from the beginning of the conversation. Totally refused to help. I will never order glasses from here again.
When they are open...ok service. Definitely an upsale experience. But don't trust the public schedule... closed when they're posted as open.
