I had a very frustrating year after always having great experiences here. They tried multiple times to try and adjust my glasses after delivery to me last year. Months of going back. Only to find out at this year's optometrist appointment at Eye Associates in Venice the mechanical dimension taken between eyes was found to be off substantially in the glasses supplied by Walmart Vision. Spent $680 with insurance on 3 pair of glasses..2 mos later film is coming off. Always used their wipes and cloth Now they won't warrantee them, I told them eyeglass world warrantees for 1 yr. He said well we aren't them. Sorry Will never go back there again. Total waste of money!
Pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff, large choices, and very reasonable prices. This location goes out of their way to take care of the customer. Thank you!
