Please educate your employees on the product you sell. And teach them some basic constomer service. We stopped in yesterday to pick up contacts. We've been buying contacts from Walmart for years, so this is nothing new. A pack of 12 (for just 1 eye) was $101. Went in and got some glasses via my insurance. Paid $80 up front, which was the estimated cost with everything my insurance did or did not cover. Which seemed about right. This beat the $300 out of pocket I would of had to pay at a private practice for glasses that were not even cute. Anyway. It took 2 weeks to get my glasses about, went in, got them fitted and left. Not a good experience while went for annual eye checkup.they took 8 weeks to deliver my glass. New glass deliver without any reading vision only with distance. How this could be bcz by default glass should include with all features. Once I got my new glass without any reading I went back wallmart vision and they said it will take 4weeks. Once I called after 4 weeks they said it will take 2 more weeks.
