Not a good experience while went for annual eye checkup.they took 8 weeks to deliver my glass. New glass deliver without any reading vision only with distance. How this could be bcz by default glass should include with all features. Once I got my new glass without any reading I went back wallmart vision and they said it will take 4weeks. Once I called after 4 weeks they said it will take 2 more weeks. Again when I called them they said I need to speak to insurance provider to cancel the insurance and to add new features like... read more
Crisis moment of lens falling out and screw was stripped. Gal in last 30 minutes of closing, fixed me up on the spot!
So I worked with Brenda to get my glasses ordered and she was a rock star very knowledgeable helpful and polite. She gets 5 stars but unfortunately when I picked them up I had to work with the manager Sabrina and she was rude seemed clueless and just all around a terrible person to work with. I am in sales and know good customer service and unfortunately Sabrina just didn’t care. Cannot believe they made that lady the manager.
The Dr. was amazing. He made me laugh and I felt comfortable. He is my new eye dr!!!
I got my exam here in January and Sabrina and Brenda were absolutely FANTASTIC AND EFFICIENT! They also answered all of my questions, were super patient, and all around a great experience! I used to think lesser of Walmart vision but never again! Sabrina and Brenda have proved themselves very knowledgeable and GREAT customer service! I have since recommended them to everyone I meet that wears glasses, including my whole family! I absolutely love them!
