I had purchased a pair of sunglasses and regular glasses, both prescription. I damaged both pair, although I purchased the insurance I wasn’t sure what to expect taking them on for repair. I met with Lexi at the vision center. Lexi took the glasses and within minutes ordered the needed lenses. Lexi was excellent, the young lady is way ahead of her customer relations, knowledge of product and overall professional skills. Finally, I ask Lexi what it was gonna cost for the repairs, Lexi replied “ nothing, you are covered”.
I personally saw Alex take a huge whiff from the ear piece of my glasses- she loves to smell that nasty ear cheese!
Alex is the best!! I went to the Walmart Vision Center to get the nose pads on my sunglasses replaced. Alex greeted me and told me it would only take a minute. One minute later she showed up with the new nose pieces in place. When I asked her what I owed she said nothing at all. How awesome is that?!? Great service!! Thank you Alex!!
Fantastic service! I broke my glasses and wasn't sure if they could be repaired. Replacing them right now was not in the budget. I worked with Lexi and she was able to fix them and did not even charge me for the repair. I will definitely be back when I need to get my prescription updated.
My wife and I both bought new prescription glasses and sunglasses from Lexi. I had a prescription from elsewhere, but my wife had an exam by Dr. Schell for her prescription; he was very good, and particularly accommodating. Lexi patiently showed us a huge variety of frames and helped us each select appropriate styles.
