Pretty good experience. MaryAnn provided quick service & she knew her inventory well. They should tell you the total price, though, and not just advertise the cost of frames without lenses. Make sure you know the total price before starting process.
Ordered 2 pairs of glasses same frames, prescription told 5 to 7 days day 7 1 pair is in but not the othe. Why would you send it in as two different orders ,then they set up twice to make lenses two different shippings,makes no sence.then get rude because I'm upset that it's taking more than 7 day and ther order system is ignorant.
Avoid this Walmart on 49 and this optometrist: Dr. Maiolatesi. Dr. Terri Shannon is the lady at the front desk and Maiolatesi does the eye exams. Maiolatesi totally rushed me through the process of finding my prescription and did it, literally, in two minutes. I ordered my glasses, with his prescription, and guess what, the prescription is way off. Totally blurry for reading at a distance and dangerous for driving at night.
