Let me start by saying, "The Dr. Was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The reason for the three stars comes down to an honest and clear response when you ask the cost of the service. I was told a eye glass exam would be $99.00, and a contact exam was a little more! When I go to check out, she smiles and says, "That will be $149.95. I'm my book, that's not a little more. Just tall the patient the cost up front.
the actual doctor and receptionist in the exam portion of the vision center are rude and unprofessional. i do not recommend them at all. the staff helping with glasses and contacts were very helpful and nice. avoid the exam area though unless you just want to deal with actual donkeys.
Wonderful, smart, & beautiful woman Ny’Kyria helped me with my order and was very knowledgeable. She understood me and listened and provided me with wonderful customer service soon as I entered. She walked me through the process and broke down pricing. In the end I was very satisfied. She needs a raise!!!!!
I had an outstanding experience with this wonderful, beautiful optician name Ny’Kyria. She was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming to her for any problems or concerns.
