Everytime I stop here they are closed during business hours. Says its open till 7pm? I'm in at 3:30. CLOSED. I'm so frustrated with this place.
Lenny at the Neenah location is absolutely fantastic. We switched to purchasing from this location after out insurance changed, since the prices are so reasonable. We'll be continuing to go there for glasses from here on out just for his top notch service.
Lenny was able to fix a problem with my eye exam and delivered EXCELLENT customer service! He made sure I got the right contact lenses ordered.
The last time I went here I told them my insurance was different and they said okay and they would run the new one. I got an exam and ordered contacts and they said my insurance covered both. For a couple of weeks they called me several times with several mistakes about my order. They either couldn't find it or they acted like they were never ordered. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your vision needs. My usually vision center was booked out for the year, so I took a chance going here since it was conveniently located, and I was able to book an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. The COVID-19 frame try-on process was not explained, and the associate seemed annoyed the whole time. I luckily brought in a pair of back-up frames & just ordered the lenses.
