I was in an absolute emergency and I called and drove all around Tri-cities. I don’t know why I didn’t think of Walmart vision sooner. On 03/19/2025 I went to Walmart Vision center 2801 Duportail St. Richland, Wa. To order my glasses. I had the best customer service from Anna. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Good customer service is very rare nowadays. Anna looked and presented herself like she loves her job. I felt very comfortable to ask questions and she answered all of them to my satisfaction. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses on Friday.
Never Ever Again. I just had two simple issues with my order. Right away the first lady went into defense mode. I just simply wanted to double check with the dr about my prescription since I was a little confused after 10 mins finally she said she’d get him. Then I wanted to get another pair with a different insurance. Most offices have a billing specialist that would understand my Union coverage situation with eye med.
