Glenda took such good care of me as I’m sure she does everyone! I really didn’t want to come into the store but when I called and heard her voice, I knew I needed to. She’s a spirit we all need.

What a great team! Glenda and Treasure at the Vision Center provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. They were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They really go the extra mile with a smile on their face. I’ll definitely be back.
While Treasure and Mark were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the process of selecting and picking up my glasses, my experience with Glenda Alvarez, the manager, over the phone was very different. When I called to ask about my glasses, Glenda came across as dismissive and unwilling to help.
