Monty was extremely professional and pleasant to interact with. I have owned cheap Clemson tiger paw/Death Valley lense sunglasses since 2009. They no longer sell them anywhere and I could not find similar sunglasses online. I have randomly stopped at countless sunglass repair shops and vision centers for over 15 years. The lady was very kind as my daughter was thrilled to try on frames & get her glasses.
This place is a complete joke....find a real eye dr if you can.
The tech lady and the optometrist were extremely rude and spoke over me, without giving me the chance to speak. The doctor who was supposed to check the focal point of my glasses kept interrupting and as a result , didn't understand what the issue was. He did not get the right focus for my glasses, and refused to even check the glasses. Very unprofessional and backwards attitude. Do not go there if you have other options.
I had a very good experience with my exam at Conway Walmart Vision. Optometrist gave me perfect prescription and since I have progressive lens, I asked for the best lens for this type prescription. I got my glasses and was impressed, no adjustment needed!! I am happy with the service.
