Just positively the worst. I spent a lot of money for prescription safety glasses and I told them that they didn't fit right. They told me to just wait and they would fit better after a couple of weeks. They didn't and when I was told I couldn't use them at my job anymore, because they would fall off my face, they refused to fix them or refund my money because she was the one that fit them. Just horrible on the fit up. I would recommend going anywhere other than this place. I could literally look down and they fell off.

After having an awful experience at Sterling Vision, my insurance suggested Walmart. Detra, the optician, spent time with me ensuring that my measurements were correct and also did some troubleshooting on the incorrect lenses from Sterling. I received my glasses a week later and they are perfect. I received a call back asking how my glasses were working out and was reminded of a discount for a second pair. I brought in my prescription and bought spectacles three weeks ago, but the clerk failed to adjust them. I brought them in for adjustment last week. All seemed well, but afterwards I snagged my finger, finding the original hinge screw had been replaced with an oversized one, used as a last resort when threads are stripped. The replacement screw had been cut off, leaving the sharp barb that left a small cut on my forefinger. I went in this morning to speak with manager, Chris Phillips, explaining the situation. The optometrist withheld my sister's full prescription, telling her to return in 6 months for it. When we returned, we were told that the optometrist had moved across country, and that no notes about the situation were left in my sister's chart either. The eye department staff proceeded to tell us that they could try to reach out to the optometrist but were unlikely to hear back.
