I usually don’t leave bad reviews because I know everyone has bad days, but my goodness… I had a simple question about fixing my frames and the employee was super condescending and rude.
Brittainy P. helped me get a pair of glasses. She was great: friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and patient when dealing with the insurance company. I will definitely use Walmart Vision Center on Allen Road for my future vision care needs. Thanks, Brittainy!

Jeanie is her name, she's rude and lazy. I called to try to get assistance with ordering a new pair of glasses, the phone just rang. I took my lunch break and went into the establishment. I had a prescription from another provider. She told me that she couldn't order my contacts nor the eye glasses, because I didn't have my eye exam done there.
