My parents and I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center in Waukegan, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, they were treated with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. A special thank you to Vicky and Adriana, who were absolutely wonderful. As bilingual Spanish speakers, they took the time to communicate clearly with my parents, answer all of their questions, and make them feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Terrible staff especially that one with that faded dye, rude as ever. Made me get my prescription and had to look for glasses somewhere else I love Walmarts glasses but that service is terrible. The doctor was helpful, I almost had to pay for a whole other exam, due to that staff worker’s incompetence. You can tell don’t want to be there, sitting there talking about customers while other customers are waiting truly terribly service.

Dr goes above and beyond and is personable, which you don't find in doctors these days. 2 years of dealing with him.
