I am NOT going back to this eye care vision location ever again. The warranty they encourage you to buy is garbage and they don’t always honor it. My experience with this Optical Center was exceptional! I worked with both Melinda and Vicki. They both provided excellent customer service and are both extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your optical needs!
I had to replace a pair of glasses and came in yesterday. Previously, I had a bad experience at the same optical department. If I could give Melinda a 10 star rating I would. She was extremely helpful trying to replace my old frame, and she found it and ordered it. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about replacing the lenses. What a difference one person can make!
