Karen in the vision center was exceptionally helpful and patient. She took the time to help me find the perfect frame fit and style. I couldn't be happier with the final glasses. Highly recommend seeing her!
I went here because it was the closest store to me with an eye doctor. I needed a prescription fast because my glasses were broke and I was using an old prescription. I went in, they were fast. Maybe too fast. Karen helped me with frames. I had a frame I wanted to use but Karen took the lenses out and broke the frame my putting the lenses back in backwards. It felt intentional. I went into the Hampton cove Walmart vision center because I'd been having trouble with my glasses (which didn't seem like could be fixed🫤) i was there July 11th and dwelt with a lady named Karen, hands down she was the absolute best! She took care of the problem! She is absolutely so sweet and willing to help in anyway she can😊 definitely will be wanting her to wait on me the next time I go in!😊
Amy was such a big help. My glasses felt so awkward on my face and I brought them there and she fixed them. They fit perfect now and she was so nice.
