Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a vision center. Customer service is non-existent. I had to visit so many times due to their mistakes. 1.) The rep didn't know how to enter insurance into the computer, making me come back so a more experienced person could assist. 2.) When I came back, I found the rep in back on her phone. I waited about 20 minutes, then went to the customer service desk to ask them to alert her. And after calling her colleague on her day off twice she got my information entered. 3.) Horrible customer service.
I was having issues with getting the progressive line to work in my new frames. Staff at Okemos location, went over and above to make sure the fit was right. Exceptional service!
Amazing customer service and I'm so happy everytime I go here. I have never had an issue with my glasses from this location. Thank you!
I've always had great experiences here except my last round of getting new glasses. They have a new Dr. here and I did my exam but my prescription is not right. I can't read my computer screen and I have to put my glasses on my nose so I can see to drive. I went back 3 times and they adjust the angle but that's it. I am using my old glasses now and will have to try another place and start over.
