We were in the optician's office and were very pleased with the great attention from Vestinka
Pick up u call and get voicemall knock on door and no answer. This is my 3rd bad experience doing pick up. Lession learned.
Office is very friendly; especially Michelle. Products are very good and customer support is always available.
Trina and her team really went above and beyond (Jan - Mar 2023). I ordered glasses from them in early January ... but soon learned that there were major issues with my optometrist (a third party) giving me the most incompetent prescription diagnosis. As a result, there were MANY back-and-froth orders of frames and lenses (it took nearly 3 months before I finally received frames with the correct prescription!)
