I had a very frustrating experience at the Walmart Vision Center. I went to pick up my son's glasses after being notified that they were ready, but I was told I couldn’t receive them because the person working there wasn’t licensed. This makes no sense to me since I was only picking up glasses, not requesting an exam or any specialized service. The best experience I've ever had. Carmen helped me with my daughter's glasses and found the best options so she could get her new glasses on time without missing out. I loved her attention to detail!
The store close at 7 pm I went to this place at 6 pm and can't place a new plastic nose pad on a vents that paid $600 because they can't touch nothing after 6 pm. That is very stupid answer.
My visit was great today! Sharon & Carmen helped me & my husband a lot with giving us price details & helping me decide lenses. They are Awesome!!
I have been dealing with Veronica for many years and am so happy I met her. She takes care of me and have bought many sets of glasses from her and always great service. Never had a problem. You have to keep this employee she is very kind and takes care of all her patients I am now in the market for a new set since I am having cataract removed and know I will be in great hands.
