Obviously not very intelligent people taking phone calls and setting appointments. I needed my eyes checked. I called on a Thursday and made an appointment for the next Monday. The person taking my call asked for all insurance info, which I gave. I rearranged my schedule at work to get my eyes examined on Monday. I received a call 30 minutes before my appointment to notify me my insurance was out of network.
