My entire family gets their glasses from Walmart Vision Center. The staff is super friendly and as Licensed Opticians are very knowledgeable. We love our glasses and have been loyal to the Alcoa store for over 10 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
My husbands glasses frames broke this morning on the way to work, he went to Walmart vision center where the frames were purchased to get replacement frames, the employee told him those frames had been discontinued and she wouldn't even help him find frames that would fit his lens. All he needed was something temporary until his next checkup. He looked at the frames himself bought some that WOULD fit his lens and had to put the lens in himself!!!
