DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I’m leaving this message on behalf of a friend that had an appt on 01-07-2026 to see Dr Wiley. She would leave this message herself but she doesn’t understand how to do this on google. It was soooo disappointing to hear her story. She stated that her appt was at 11:30 a.m. and she arrived at 11:00 a.m. but receptionist told her that DR Wiley wouldn’t see her today after he has seen his other 4 patients that was late ( all of those appointments were late which made her appointment later). Dr Wiley has been my eye Dr for years. He has prescribed Glasses and later contacts. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful yet very professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you have not only what you need but they direct you to Next door at Walmart vision area an give instructions to them so that you get what you need and want . Absolutely Wonderful place and people!! Have been using Dr. Wiley next door, and this Walmart vision center for Years, got my first pair of glasses here many years ago. A few new people over the years, but the welcoming, knowledgeable atmosphere has not changed. SO helpful, nice, and patient with me😊, and no matter how many times I called in, or asked a gazillion questions in person, their friendliness, good humor, and professionalism never wavered.
