Didn't realize that you needed an appointment to pick up your glasses. She told me to come back in a half hour . Didn't have time to wait. Back again Monday Everything was awesome up until this

My exam went well. Very nice workers. But I do have to say I bought two glasses and one I had to return becuase I didn't like it and wow the attitude when I got there. I didn't catch her name but she was a young lady. I went in to return and she just have me a look and seem like she was mad that I was returning it!
Kerby was really good at helping me find the perfect frames for my taste. She was kind, listened well. She made me feel like the most important person from the time I arrived until I left. Very courteous and efficient. She definitely is an asset to this location. Phillip is a good manager and with employees like Kerby I understand why. I truly appreciated your thoughtfulness to my needs. Great job!
