I bought my glasses here, and Stephanie and Judy were extremely helpful. I recommend getting glasses here. One thing I will say is that it's pointless to try to upsell the big bottle of lens cleaner when you're gonna give a sample out either way. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied with both of their customer service.
Patrick Milburn by far the worst OD. He provided the same prescription from 4 years ago and wouldn't change the prescription when asked to corrected. When confronted he blamed his staff and the size of the new glasses. Save your money dont go there.
Judy, Harold,Jesus,and Stephanie Made be the best people to go to get the best pairs of glasses from. They are fun and they will give you the most honest answers when it comes to pick out your glasses
Stephanie was really helpful, she explained the details of my glasses prescription and the options I had. She was really knowledgeable and I’d definitely recommend their service.
