I had an appointment for noon. I called at 11 to reschedule for a morning appointment. I left a message because no one was there and the eye center said I had to call the doctor. He called back and said now I'm a no show and cannot book another appointment. Talk about some run around bullshit. How rude! I'll go somewhere else. Where my time is valued and my consumerism is appreciated.
I want to share my experience at glasses department during the making order my glasses , Miss Monicka used to act so helpful, so professional and so nice with me & I see she was doing the same thing with everyone . I really appreciate.
I had an appointment for my daughter for glasses and met with Monica she was super sweet and informative . Made us feel really comfortable answered all my questions asked if I had any before we left the center . I recommend my daughter can see so much better now thankyou
Last time I go to this eye doctor got glasses less than a year first time they crumbled in my hand this time lenses cracked WOW I go back to Walmart at least their better I see why they are less now
