Great customer service I found them to be must helpful and knowledgeable will visit again in the future.
The Eye Tech, Mark, told me to wait 15 minutes very rudely because he had just started working with a customer. I only came to pick up my glasses; he told me the glasses would be ready for pick up before I have to go to work. He did not try to hurry to accommodate me, he moved slower. It seems like Walmart should have more than one person in the Vision Center during the day. Especially, if the employee is incompetent of multitasking. This is absolutely ridiculous. I went in for an eye exam and I was extremely unimpressed. The doctor is only able to do very simple vision tests and he was actually not very knowledgable. My appointment felt very rushed and I felt that the doctor's assessment was inadequate. I gained absolutely no knowledge during my visit. Waste of time and money in my situation.
