Called vision center and they never answer phone and when the phone is answered it has been forwarded to different departments. Nobody at this store shows any customer service your greeted with snappy remarks and attitude. Throw the whole store away!
Great customer service I found them to be must helpful and knowledgeable will visit again in the future.
The Eye Tech, Mark, told me to wait 15 minutes very rudely because he had just started working with a customer. I only came to pick up my glasses; he told me the glasses would be ready for pick up before I have to go to work. He did not try to hurry to accommodate me, he moved slower. It seems like Walmart should have more than one person in the Vision Center during the day. Especially, if the employee is incompetent of multitasking. This is absolutely ridiculous.
