I have stopped in multiple times now to have my glasses fixed up, and every time I have been met with wonderful service. I have spoken with Vicki, and she has been tremendously kind and helpful every time I have talked with her.
I wouldn’t do this again. I figured since we have don’t eye insurance we could come here and pay oop. For some strange reason the doctor thinks I’ll just leave my under age children behind a closed door with her. They seemed shocked when I blocked the door as they tried to close me out. I think that’s perfectly reasonable to not leave kids alone at any time in a doctor’s office. Eye exam was good. Now let's get in to the glassess. I am pissed off. I got a bill from walmart vision for something I didn't even ask for i can't even wear the glassess I haven't worn them i can't even wear them at all dont come here go to some place eles if you can a real eye glass place that won't charge you for every little thing or what you pay is it 🤔 not later 2 months you get a bill for there mistake do not trust this wal mart vision center
Brownsburg Vision Center has some great opticians and fabulous doctors! I got me a pair of frames there and I love my Phat Farm and Reverb Frames!
I had a good experience at my visit. I received a bill in the mail after my insurance paid, no biggie. I no longer have the piece of mail sent so I call to pay the bill and they cannot take payment and don’t know a number for me to call to pay it?! Told me to call 1-800-WALMART I spent 30 minutes trying to get a rep on the phone to figure out who I’m supposed to be paying this bill to and they couldn’t help me either. If I had services at this location why can I not pay my bill there? Or at least have the phone number for me... read more
