I dropped off 2 pairs of frames & only came home with one because they “lost” my other frames. I’ve come here in the past & they have cracked my glasses twice. The customer service is great, but I will never waste my time here again.
The old doctor and staff were great. But the new doctor and staff they have now are horrible. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.
The people who work at this location are nice people, but the shipping department is very disappointing. They’ve mistakenly marked my package of shipped and haven’t even said really anything package was never shipped paid $350 for a pair of Smart glasses. I will definitely never be ordering from Walmart vision ever again. I definitely recommend going to target or LensCrafters or any other place that sells glasses.. They don’t give tracking numbers and they don’t give phone numbers to Place that ships out the items. I definit... read more
