Less than zero. Was belittled while having my eyeglasses adjusted for the 10th time . I ask them if the panatonic tilt needs adjusting what I heard back pissed me off. I heard "what are you talking about i can't understand you" another employee saying basically the same thing . This isn't the first time but this time ive had it . I will never go back to Walmart vision center and I will be getting a refund. This type of behavior from this particular store has been on going with me for years. Excellent service. Friendly staff and Dr. Pam is so nice and helpful. I'll continue using.
Just don't. Buy your frames there but go somewhere else for the lenses. Ginger the manager is great but the attitude and service of another employee is lacking. Both my lenses were to be replaced due to scratching but only the worst was switched when both should have been. He acted like he replaced both but in reality, he did not. Not worth my time to pursue the issue but I will go somewhere else in the future and I suggest you do the same.
