The optometrist refuses to fill out a form properly that my son needs to get his learner’s permit, causing us to have to pay out of pocket for a second eye exam with a different doctor elsewhere. My whole extended family saw her this year, but we will not be back. It’s a shame because we really like the staff.
Walked in just to see if they might have my contact lenses prescription on hand. I stood there for a good 10 minutes while of the 2 employees completely ignored me. No acknowledgment what so ever. Not even a “we’ll be right with you”. Once one of them finally asked if she could help me she very quickly informed me that they do not carry my prescription of contact lenses.
I have gone several times to get glasses they have always gone over and beyond what they needed to do. Made sure I was comfortable and even help me with picking out just the right glasses. I will be going there again in the near future. Thank you for being there for those who need extra help.
My wife and I both got glasses from Walmart and it was a great experience. Emily helped me and she was so kind and helpful. The price was great . Aida helped my wife the next day and was wonderful. She was helpful and kind. Deborah was also kind. A great staff and great experience. Brian called today to let me know my glasses were in. A full day earlier than expected. I have purchased my glasses from them for years and will continue to do so. This was a first time for my wife to need glasses and she couldn't be happier!
Emily was amazing! All staff were friendly. They took care of my son’s glasses. I also went back a few weeks later to get myself a pair of glasses. I highly recommend Walmart vision center in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. I have been to a few other eye places that were very rude to my family and I. Now, I finally found a wonderful eye glass place to go from now on. Thank you guys so much! You all are amazing and very helpful!
