Walked in just to see if they might have my contact lenses prescription on hand. I stood there for a good 10 minutes while of the 2 employees completely ignored me. No acknowledgment what so ever. Not even a “we’ll be right with you”. Once one of them finally asked if she could help me she very quickly informed me that they do not carry my prescription of contact lenses.
I have gone several times to get glasses they have always gone over and beyond what they needed to do. Made sure I was comfortable and even help me with picking out just the right glasses. I will be going there again in the near future. Thank you for being there for those who need extra help.
My wife and I both got glasses from Walmart and it was a great experience. Emily helped me and she was so kind and helpful. The price was great . Aida helped my wife the next day and was wonderful. She was helpful and kind. Deborah was also kind. A great staff and great experience. Brian called today to let me know my glasses were in. A full day earlier than expected. I have purchased my glasses from them for years and will continue to do so. This was a first time for my wife to need glasses and she couldn't be happier!
Emily was amazing! All staff were friendly. They took care of my son’s glasses. I also went back a few weeks later to get myself a pair of glasses. I highly recommend Walmart vision center in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. I have been to a few other eye places that were very rude to my family and I. Now, I finally found a wonderful eye glass place to go from now on. Thank you guys so much! You all are amazing and very helpful!
I needed contacts or glasses last minute since i was going to i already called 9 other places and no one could help me because i had an expired prescription. Aida told me they had my contacts in stock and was able to fit me in the next day for an appointment to be able to get my contacts on time for my honeymoon. All thanks to Aida who was helpful and didn’t quit till she was able to find a solution for me when 9 other vision places couldn’t.
