Came in, stood inside and was ignored. There were at least 2 or 3 employees and 1 customer. An elderly lady came in and asked me to help her, (I guess she thought I was an employee?) And then someone said, "She's next." Pointing out the elderly woman. And they started helping her. I would have happily let her go first but I wasn't even acknowledged. Incredibly rude. Don't waste your time or money on this facility.
Anita was so nice and sweet! She helped me with the process of picking my glasses and explained everything to me clearly, which made my experience very enjoyable. Irma Laura was super helpful too and helped my mom understand everything in Spanish which I appreciated a lot. Customer service was outstanding!
Leydi is phenomenal. She is so helpful and expert in eye vision!
My Experience with Ms. Anita and the rest of the team was amazing. Everyone made sure I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. Great job you guys .
Irma Laura was very very sweet and really help me out adjusting my eye glasses and cleaning them im so happy that you all have someone like here working here hind very nice make me want to tell others about this company
