Purchased new glasses here. I'm very happy w/ the glasses and the service I received. I interacted w/ all 3 employees: Cindy F / Cindy A / Ian. They all are very cordial & extremely helpful! Highly recommend!

Extremely rude, I called the vision center to set up an appointment for my mother. “Cindy” picked up the call and she informed me in a snarky voice “we don’t do that, but I can give you the number for next door.” I then replied yeah and waited, every time I said hello? She giggled. I knew she could hear me, I hung up the call and redialed. I proceeded to ask her what was so funny when she kept on giggling, she then denied ever doing that and blames the “bad connection.”-
