Miss Isabella was an amazing help when my daughters prescription glasses needed a repair. I was out the door in under 5 minutes and she even cleaned the glasses for her. Thank you so much, great customer service.
I had been wearing the same Alcon contact lenses for 13 years without any issues. Went to my local Walmart vision 3732 to get my glasses repaired, ShiDara replaced the missing screw and tighten the other side. She cleaned my glasses and feel as good as when they were first purchased. Highly recommend them.
This Walmart Vision Center took really good care of me in the selection of the perfect frames. Later when I returned to request a slight adjustment to how the glasses were leveled, ShiDara expertly made some quick adjustments (I didn’t want to try that myself as I was afraid I’d break the frames) and now the glasses sit perfectly level across my face. I’ll be back here for future eyeglasses needs!
Avoid this place, a scam, low quality glasses. I have my glasses for less than 5 months, and now they look not clear. I clean them using their cloth and solution, but yet in less than 5 months they look horrible and for both eyes. Wheni spoke with the sales, they right away accused me of scratching my glasses, I am not kitten 😤. I felt sorry for spent some dollars at this location, and now I'll avoid walmart visions, this is not what walmart is all about, customer satisfaction is important.
