Went to my local Walmart vision 3732 to get my glasses repaired, ShiDara replaced the missing screw and tighten the other side. She cleaned my glasses and feel as good as when they were first purchased. Highly recommend them.
This Walmart Vision Center took really good care of me in the selection of the perfect frames. Later when I returned to request a slight adjustment to how the glasses were leveled, ShiDara expertly made some quick adjustments (I didn’t want to try that myself as I was afraid I’d break the frames) and now the glasses sit perfectly level across my face. I’ll be back here for future eyeglasses needs!
Avoid this place, a scam, low quality glasses. I have my glasses for less than 5 months, and now they look not clear. I clean them using their cloth and solution, but yet in less than 5 months they look horrible and for both eyes. Wheni spoke with the sales, they right away accused me of scratching my glasses, I am not kitten 😤. I felt sorry for spent some dollars at this location, and now I'll avoid walmart visions, this is not what walmart is all about, customer satisfaction is important. Shi Dara was super friendly and made the whole experience really comfortable! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get a prescription or glasses. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes his time during the exam, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients! 🤓
I can't thank Shidara enough for her help today. My son wasn't thrilled about getting glasses, but she was so patient and knowledgeable that she found a pair he actually loves. Her customer service was top-notch and she made sure all my questions were answered. If you're looking for great value and a team that actually cares, this is the place to go
