I have been going to Dr. Bartlett for many years. He is the best one I have been to. He listens to me and Brian is good to. Sometimes the other helpers are ok.
I have been going to Dr. Bartlett for 18 years and he is by far the best optometrist I have been to. I have never waited more than a week for an appointment and have always been treated with respect and kindness.
An older woman named Ruth was disrespectful to my mother while she tried to purchase glasses. She acted passive-aggressive and rude when my mother declined to buy the warranty and additional services. Ruth gave the nastiest look when my mother said no, which hurt my feelings because it felt like she was implying we couldn't afford it. This was the worst experience I've ever had.
Just trying to make an annual exam appointment. Called twice today, first time around 3pm, was on hold for 30 minutes. Second time I called around 4pm, was on hold for an hour and a half. Never spoke to a person either time. No option to leave a voicemail. I understand being busy, but it takes 10 seconds to answer and at least let the caller know that someone is there and will be with them eventually.
