An older woman named Ruth was disrespectful to my mother while she tried to purchase glasses. She acted passive-aggressive and rude when my mother declined to buy the warranty and additional services. Ruth gave the nastiest look when my mother said no, which hurt my feelings because it felt like she was implying we couldn't afford it. This was the worst experience I've ever had.
Just trying to make an annual exam appointment. Called twice today, first time around 3pm, was on hold for 30 minutes. Second time I called around 4pm, was on hold for an hour and a half. Never spoke to a person either time. No option to leave a voicemail. I understand being busy, but it takes 10 seconds to answer and at least let the caller know that someone is there and will be with them eventually. Dr Bartley is one of the best vision doctors in the city, in the state and in the Midwest!!! By far the greatest been seeing him since for 10+ years!!!
I love Dr. Bartlett. I've been going to him since I was 8 years old but this rating is for the office. I needed to order contacts for my teenager tonight. I've called probably 10 times. Each time someone has either picked up and hung up on me without saying anything, or picked up and then put me on hold without ever saying anything. I still haven't even gotten a "hi, can you hold".
