Employees are friendly and helpful for the most part. However, they don't seem to know how policies work. 2 years ago this coming February, I got a pair of frames and lenses from here. Within a year and a half, I have received at least 3 letters in the mail saying I owe money cuz the insurance decided not to cover X amount. I know its not really their fault, but i never had that problem at my last eye center. Fast forward, 3 weeks ago the right arm of the frames broke, so I went to get a new pair of the same one. Called to cancel an appointment and was told to hold. The man in the other end then proceeded to hang up
