Went to get prescription for my glasses, was there before 7. The lady Vicky or Niccki did not acknowledge me or my girl. So I went out to my car to get my items. My girl was still in there. So when I came back the manager told me while dealing with another customer that we are closing at 7, remind you she never acknowledge me the 1st time. So now it's after 7. I was highly pissed because I came all the way to that location to get it done.
Had a great experience here. The 3 employees were very helpful and courteous and friendly. I would definitely come back... they fixed my glasses and did a great job.
Literally took forever to get my glasses sorted out
Dr. Cook is amazing. Great doctor but Bret the manager is the WORST! Put the wrong prescription in my glasses twice. Then when I came to pick up at 5:15pm when they close at 6pm and he's taking his break this late and I have to sit and wait when I have insulin with me that needs refrigeration. Sorry once I get my glasses I will not be back.
