Walked in on Saturday just to check out some glasses and ended up ordering a pair. James was very helpful and let me try on whatever I needed. Everything was explained well and overall a very straightforward/easy process

The eye doctor was great. He was and efficient. He gets 5 stars. When it cane time to go over and get pricing on glasses and contacts, the experience was very aggravating. It was even the manager too which is worse. He acted annoyed, wouldn't look at us, barely answered our questions. I get he had to work on a holiday but dang, that was a horrendous experience.
