Horrible customer experience. Their employee screwed up and now I am unable to get my contacts due to their mistake!! To top it off I had to call to find out their employee screwed up a month after hearing nothing from them! Definitely finding a new eye center.
I am already having a hard time with scheduling an appointment and I call and the lady that answered me and was “helping” me schedule an app. Heard her complain before she even got to hang up the phone. I mean do not work with people if you are not going to be professional or be understanding…
Dr. Deibert was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend! Overall satisfied with my exam and contacts!
I've seen Dr. Diebert for two years and have only good things to say about him and his service. He is kind, thoughtful, and has been exact on my contact/glasses prescription. I've had several other providers in the past that weren't able to do this for me. Without reservation I recommend him to anyone that needs an optometrist.
Very helpful staff. Friendly, competent and reasonably priced.
