Dixie and Jennifer took great care of me & I love my new glasses. The price was very affordable and the glasses were ready just 5 days after I ordered them, which was 2 days faster than they told me it would be. My only hiccup there was that I was told I had to have my prescription prior to ordering glasses, but it wasn’t specified that it had to be a paper copy. I had a picture of the prescription on my phone. So if you are going just to pick out glasses be sure to bring a hard copy of your prescription.

I personally tried to call 3 times before my appointment, 1/2 hour before up til my appointment time because I was going to be about 5 min late and I needed to know if I had to reschedule. I was put on hold all three times for 10 min each time up to the time I walked in the door. no one ever came to the line. When I was at the appointment I watched the employees do the exact same thing several times to people calling in and they NEVER answered the calls even when they were just sitting there.
