Glad to have it
Not a good first experience. I tried to call to see if there were any same-day appointments at 1:30pm and the receptionist told me "I don't think so, the Doctor doesn't have anything else on his schedule so he is trying to leave early for the day, so I don't think he would want to stay to see you today." I politely asked if she would double check for me, I was put on a brief hold, and she came back and said "I'm sorry, the Doctor would like to leave for the day and is unable to take any more appointments today." Dixie and Jennifer took great care of me & I love my new glasses. The price was very affordable and the glasses were ready just 5 days after I ordered them, which was 2 days faster than they told me it would be. My only hiccup there was that I was told I had to have my prescription prior to ordering glasses, but it wasn’t specified that it had to be a paper copy. I had a picture of the prescription on my phone. So if you are going just to pick out glasses be sure to bring a hard copy of your prescription.
