It makes no sense for the vision center to open at 9, but the doctor doesn't get in till 10:30. Its an absolute waste of people's time. Have your doctors come WHEN YOU OPEN, or dont open 🤷♂️ absolutely useless. And if its a doctors necessity, have 2 doctors rotate shifts so theyre available.
Fixed my glasses frame free of charge
I was worried about an eye infection but my usual eye doctor couldn't fit me in. I called around but other offices were frustratingly vague about cost, going on about varied insurance plans and so on. Dr. Behunin's office was able to quote me a flat rate of $45 which I really appreciated, and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. The staff is very good, however they keep missing details. In my case they forgot to order some trial lenses, then they order me 5 trial lenses which will take 7 days to arrive leaving me virtually blind on New Year’s Eve. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if it is even possible.
The optometrist was awesome and the customer service was great!
