I was worried about an eye infection but my usual eye doctor couldn't fit me in. I called around but other offices were frustratingly vague about cost, going on about varied insurance plans and so on. Dr. Behunin's office was able to quote me a flat rate of $45 which I really appreciated, and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. The staff is very good, however they keep missing details. In my case they forgot to order some trial lenses, then they order me 5 trial lenses which will take 7 days to arrive leaving me virtually blind on New Year’s Eve. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if it is even possible.
The optometrist was awesome and the customer service was great!
I had just had a really negative experience at the eye doctor I have been seeing for 15 years, so I was on the anxious journey to find someone new I could trust. The receptionist was SO friendly when I called and assured me that Dr. Behunin was the best and that he loved working with him. My appointment was wonderful. Dr. Behunin took plenty of time with me and calmed my nerves about the big changes happening in my RX. He helped me find a new brand of contacts that feels so wonderful. I will recommend him to anyone!
Having tried multiple optometry practices in the valley, I can confidently say that Jason Behunin is the best optometrist I’ve found. He’s exceptionally kind, patient, and skilled in his profession.
