I arrived at 4:00 PM and there was a sign saying the staff would be back at 4:20 and leaving again at 4:45. I waited about 45 minutes, and no one showed up. This was very frustrating and a waste of my time. If you post a return time, it should be respected or at least updated. I understand things can happen, but communication and time management need to be improved.

They don’t have an eye doctor here. Can’t do vision tests. Pointless to even have a locations here.

Do NOT go here. When I arrived to make my purchase, the woman was late to work and I had to stand around hoping someone would show up. She eventually did, guess I got lucky that day. Then I tried calling to see if I can come pick up my order about 2 weeks later, and no one would answer the phone. I called about 20 times that day. They were supposed to be open!
