I pay my copay up front when I did an eye exam and get my glasses about a 10 month ago and about a month ago I get a bill saying they didn’t collect all of the copay. The bill was only 48 dollars so I just pay for it although I know I pay for it upfront now a month later I got another bill in the mail saying the same thing tbis thine is 50 dollars instead of 48 wonlf not recommend
Most of the negative reviews are from years ago. The doctor and associate I interacted with were both consummate professionals—helpful, understanding, and great listeners. This place is fantastic, but keep in mind that it’s inside a Wal-Mart, which speaks for itself.
Helpful staff, affordable glasses. Dr Hinson is caring and professional, truly a gem. I'm impressed that such quality is available at Wal-Mart. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new eye doctor. I love the new glasses that they helped me pick out!!
They have people and they are friendly! The doctor is in! Physically! Price comparison for glasses between my last provider (two years ago) and Walmart: Other vision center...... $350 Walmart Vision Center $203 * Price for both was for high-indexed glasses.
